Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, with respect to the sale of an apartment building, which is an apartment building located outside Daegu-gu B and 445 lots, the sale of which was announced to the public around March 28, 2013, the Defendant reported the transfer of the above D’s resident registration to the “Tgu-gu E” through the Internet civil petition site around March 28, 2013, in collusion with D, and reported false facts as to D’s resident registration.

2. On April 3, 2013, the Defendant violated the Housing Act: (a) reported the transfer of D’s resident registration into false facts on D’s resident registration for the purpose of drawing the subscription for apartment; (b) applied for the sale of the said apartment under the name of D, such as a certified copy of resident registration in the move-in report; (c) on April 10, 2013, the sales price was 242 million won as the result of the winning of the said apartment 110 Dong-dong 1102; and (d) applied for the sale of the said apartment under the name of D; and (d) sold the housing in an unlawful manner, thereby disturbing the order of housing supply.
