Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On November 21, 1995, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 months for larceny, 2 years for the defendant's imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion and larceny at the Daejeon District Court on June 14, 2001, 1 year for imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daejeon District Court on August 13, 2002, 8 months for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court's Incheon Branch Branch on October 7, 2004; 8 months for attempted larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court's Incheon Branch on May 22, 2008 at the Daejeon District Court's Incheon Branch on May 22, 2008; 2 years and 6 months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Daejeon District Court on July 8, 2010; and the execution of the sentence on April 27, 2012, respectively.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 6, 2012, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a window in front of the victim D’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) and went into a door and stolen the cash, which is one of the victims’ possession, and was 70,000 won.
2. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
4. The Defendant, around 20:00 on July 14, 2012, opened a Vietnama window in front of the Victim J, located in the 301 East-gu I apartment 301 Dong-gu, 202.
