【Criminal Facts】
The defendant has committed the following crimes, when he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to his/her mental retardation:
1. On July 5, 2014, around 10:30 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant opened a door to the Diplomatic Association located in Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and went into the said church and intruded into the office, and stolen the cash owned by the victim E with 50,000.
2. On July 8, 2014, around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance at the Korea Highway Corporation located in 58-32, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) intruded into the second floor office; (c) stolen cash owned by the victim F, which was located in the hand room located in the said place; and (d) stolen the Defendant with KRW 57,000,000.
3. On July 13, 2014, at around 09:30, the Defendant came to the H childcare center located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and went into the said childcare center beyond the external wire-tank, and intrudes into the instant childcare center, and has 56,000 won in cash owned by the victim I, which was contained in the insular envelope, and continued to go through stairs.
