1. A sales contract concluded on July 29, 2016 with regard to the real estate stated in the separate sheet between the defendant and the stock company.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of advertising business, producing and selling printed materials, etc., and C District Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”) is a non-corporate group established to promote a joint housing construction project (hereinafter “instant project”) in Seocho-si, Seosan-si, and B (hereinafter “B”) is a company with the purpose of supporting the business of a regional housing association and operating as an agent.

B. On January 4, 2016, a promotion committee and B jointly carried out the instant project, and entered into an advertising and publicity agency contract with the Plaintiff for the instant project (hereinafter “instant agency contract”).

The main contents of the instant agency contract are as follows.

Article 2 (Scope of Advertisement Business Agency) The term "A (Establishment Promotion Committee and B)" shall delegate the advertising affairs prescribed in the following subparagraphs to "B (Plaintiff)" on behalf of others, and the term "B" shall be reasonably responsible for performing the delegated matters.

(1) Scope of agency: General advertising media such as newspapers, broadcasting, magazines, the Internet, and production of advertisements. ② Planning, execution and follow-up management of the interference and operation of the following media. - Newspapers, promotional materials, the Internet, broadcasting, and other matters concerning investigation operations. ④ Article 7 (Claims for and Method of Payment of Price) (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Benefits to “A” in connection with this contract.

- Expenses for the production and enforcement of advertisements and promotional materials shall be adjusted monthly execution, and 50% of the amount adjusted until the end of 20% at the time of the recruitment of union members shall be paid for the first progress payment, and the remaining progress payment shall be adjusted by cash by the last day of each month and by the 15th day following the determination of the amount by the tax invoice

C. The Plaintiff is acting as an advertising campaign agent under the instant agency contract.
