Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, Defendant D, and Defendant E’s co-principal were the managing body of the K apartment management office from July 1, 2010 to December 31, 201. On July 12, 2011, when the above K apartment was selected as a complex subject to the Support Project Plan, Defendant D was notified of the decision to grant subsidies by submitting a plan for the installation of CCTV system to the victim and submitting it to the victim.
