A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the chairperson of the "G Federation" in F at the time of official residence, and the defendant B is the representative of the "I", a micro-organism breeding business in H at the time of official residence.

In the process of carrying out the “J Support Project”, which is a subsidy business in the city of public administration in around 2011, even though the Defendants did not have any intent to bear the burden of self-payment by the “G Federation,” Defendant A applied for the payment of subsidies as if they were to bear the self-payment charges by the said federation, and Defendant B conspired to deceive the victim public administration situation by deceiving the victim public administration situation by returning the shares and the subsidy to Defendant A.

Accordingly, Defendant A applied for the subsidy of “J support project” at the public viewing of the Duna City, YY-ro on December 5, 201, and Defendant A applied for the subsidy of “J support project,” Defendant A, even though the actual cost incurred by the cultivation of micro-organism was paid to KRW 10,416,00,000, the total project cost was paid to KRW 10,416,000 among them, and Defendant A paid KRW 10,416,000 among them to the “G Federation” as if Defendant A was paid by the “G Federation,” and submitted all documents, such as a letter of request for subsidy, proxy for subsidy, confirmation for the completion of the project, and a statement of transaction statement verifying that Defendant B was paid to Defendant B. Defendant B, on December 6, 2011, Defendant B returned KRW 10,416,000 to the account of “G Federation’s General”.

As such, the Defendants, by deceiving a person in charge of public viewing, received a subsidy of KRW 10,00,000 from the victim’s public account from the victim’s public account and acquired the subsidy of KRW 10,000,00 from that time to December 30, 2014, and acquired the subsidy of KRW 40,000 in total by the same method four times, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
