Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the F of the Gangwon-do University F of the University.

1. On December 2014, the Defendant in violation of the Copyright Act received a request from I, a business employee of H in G and island publication, to add the Defendant, who is not the author, to the “N” book issued by G, K, L, and M on August 23, 2013.

On December 20, 2014, the above I published the so-called “demark Gag” book added the Defendant to the Defendant as a public author, even though the Defendant is not a “N author” in the above G and book publishing office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO on December 20, 2014, in the name of G.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the above I in sequence and made the work public by indicating the real name of a person other than the author.

2. On December 2014, the Defendant interfered with the performance of a deceptive scheme’s official duties, entered the book of “N” as stated in paragraph (1) in the research report as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s author, and submitted it to the person in charge of the evaluation of teachers’ performance in Gangwon-do University as materials for evaluating teachers’ performance in 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant, through deceptive scheme, obstructed the performance evaluation of faculty members of the Do University, including the evaluation of their achievements (including all evaluations and examinations that are utilized in the evaluation of their achievements, such as reappointment, promotion, reward, and grant of research years).
