A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a car with CAD.

On January 8, 2016, the Defendant driving the said car at around 03:50, and driving the three-lanes in front of the exit 143 Gusan Station 4, Seoul by a joint signature of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with two-lanes in front of the exit 143 Gusan Station in the direction of the Gusan basin from the string of the year.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, suffered from the victim D by negligence in the course of performing duties that caused a traffic accident while driving a car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, such as cutting down the bones of the victim D, which requires approximately 12 weeks medical treatment, and taking on the victim F for about 4 weeks medical treatment.

2. Around 03:50 on January 8, 2016, the Defendant was driving a vehicle with approximately 1 km distance from the restaurant near the restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu to the front road in front of the exit 4 U.S., Seoul, with a joint signature of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, where a traffic accident occurred, without obtaining a driver’s license.
