A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had, without the intention of actually raising, registered a pair of balls (C or D) that were not brought up as the Defendant’s child, and had the competent authority take care of obtaining multi-child rearing allowances, livelihood benefits, etc. from the competent authority, and had failed to make a false registration of the said pair of balls that were produced between E and F, the Defendant’s husband, as the Defendant’s husband, by means of false registration.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. (1) In preparing a birth report with respect to the above C and D without authority for the purpose of uttering in the middle of January 2010, the Defendant forged one copy of the F statement of birth in the name of the Defendant’s husband, “F” and “G” on the resident registration number column.

(2) When the Defendant prepares a letter of good faith related to the birth of C and D without authority for the purpose of exercising, at the same date, at the same time, at the same place, and without authority, the Defendant arbitrarily written the Defendant’s name column, “H” and “E”, and forged a letter of good faith guarantee in the name of H and E.

B. Around January 19, 2010, the Defendant submitted a forged birth report and a letter of good faith to the public officials in charge of being aware of the fact in the Mapo-gu Family Register in Mapo-gu, Seoul, Sungsan-dong, 370, to each of them.

2. The Defendant shall submit to the public official in charge of the registration of a family relationship in Mapo-gu a forged birth statement as described in paragraph (3) of the above 1, and the letter letter to the public official in charge of the registration of a family relationship in Mapo-gu, and have the public official who is unaware of such circumstances enter the registration of a family relationship into the registration of a family relationship with F and D, thereby making a false report to the public official, and make the public official record of false facts in the registration of a family relationship system, which is a public electronic record, and the above time-based record was recorded.
