Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. While the Defendant was suspected of having a woman with her husband, he/she had the husband find the victim C and confirmed whether her husband is a woman with her husband.
On August 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00 on August 10, 2014, around the residence of the victim of the D apartment apartment Dong, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, “C door opening, and closed to the residents,” and (b) opened the entrance door several times, and continuously opened the pump door for bicycle riding, which was placed on the front door, and damaged the victim’s entrance to have approximately KRW 300,000,000 for repairing expenses.
2. In spite of the actions described in Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant: (a) did not open the door door; (b) returned the door door to the victim’s residence; (c) had the key repair businessman who knew that the Defendant was not a resident in the above residence, who did not know of the fact that the Defendant was not a resident in the above residence, removed the door door locker equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession, and had the key repair businessman remove and make the door locker effective.
3. At around 08:00 on the same day, the Defendant re-exploited the victim’s residence, and assaulted the victim “C,” who was in front of the entrance, such as “C,” with the shoulder of the victim, and booming the victim’s shoulder.
