A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) contacted the seller of psychotropic drugs with C; (b) remitted KRW 700,000 to an insular account known to him/her; (c) purchased and sold narcotics, etc. from the toilets near the Gan Airport located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, at around 21:31-22:00 on February 12, 2014; and (d) discovered 0.8g of the opon phone between them from the time to February 15, 2014, at around 21:00 to 23:00, from the time of the ancient Hospital Stannam-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, Busan, by dividing the said opon into an insular account four occasions; and (d) traded and administered narcotics, etc. by taking the said opon into account the said opon phone.
2. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred 700,000 won from a post office account in the name of D, which the Defendant was known to C, to a manager of narcotics; (b) on February 15, 2014, around 18:30-19:00, on February 15, 2014, the Defendant collected 0.8 grams, sent C from Busan Station located in the early 1187-1, Busan East-dong, Busan, to a part of KTX special transmission services; and (c) thereafter, up to February 18, 2014, the Defendant divided the 21:00-23:00 from that time to February 18, 2014, from the trade name and French points in Busan-dong, the Fju stores in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, the High Hospital Hospital located in Seonam-dong, and the Mail-dong Association divided the narcotics into 4 other me.
3. On February 21, 2014, around 14:29, the Defendant: (a) remitted 700,000 won from a Daegu bank account under the name of G known by the said C to the Daegu bank account; (b) on February 21, 2014, around 20:40-21:00, the Defendant discovered 0.8 grams from the Busan Station located in the Seocho-dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, which sent C to the volume of KTX special transmission services; and (c) thereafter, around 21:0-23:00 from that time until February 24, 2014, the Defendant traded and administered narcotics, etc. by dividing the said phone into approximately four way, from a high-income hospital outdoor rest in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City by dividing it into approximately four way.
4. The defendant shall handle narcotics.
