Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, around February 2012, 2012, carrying out money by bringing out locked money from a person who uses the name name of "L" in the name of "K", and the credit card terminal is needed.

Nevertheless, on March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit card merchant in the name of inspection and opened a credit card merchant in the name of inspection; (b) opened a credit card merchant in the name of “M”; (c) opened a credit card merchant in the name of “M”; (d) around March 9, 2016; and (e) opened a credit card merchant in the name of “P”; and (e) opened four devices of the said credit card merchant around March 11, 2016.
