Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E, together with P, Q, R, and S, agreed to lend a credit card terminal of a disguised credit card chain store to a entertainment shop that intended to conceal sales after opening a credit card disguised store in the name of the homeless, and deduct approximately 9% of the sales made by the credit card in the name of a commission from an entertainment shop, etc. and to make the remaining amount of money in cash in the manner of immediately paying in cash.
