Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend the name of a credit card merchant to any third person.

1. Defendant A around the end of November 2016, at the L Office operated by the Defendant in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to provide KRW 0,000,000,000 to Defendant A, if he/she borrowed a card terminal in China only for a month when he/she held the event in China.

“On the proposal, M sent L’s credit card settlement terminal to M, and M sent the said credit card settlement terminal to the name in China.

Accordingly, the defendant lent the name of the credit card name to another person.

2. Defendant I sent credit card payment terminal from M to China at the office of the Defendant’s office operated by Songpa-gu Seoul N 101 among August 2016, 2016 by Defendant I.

It is intended to use the credit card for Chinese people to raise the limit of the credit card.

20% rebates will be made on the card sales if the card terminal is made.

“On the proposal, the aboveO and the Defendant sent the credit card settlement terminal of P Co., Ltd. established after the registration of a new business operator to M, and M sent the said credit card settlement terminal to the name in China.

Accordingly, the defendant lent the name of the credit card name to another person.

3. On December 2016, the Defendant: (a) received the proposal from the R Arts Center operated by the Defendant in Q in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which states, “If the Defendant transferred a credit card settlement terminal by applying for a credit card merchant under the name of the Party, 10% of the credit card sales shall be paid, and 10% of the credit card sales shall be paid by the Party; and (b) at the same place as the Defendant, the Defendant reported the S’s business registration certificate, passbook, etc. registered in the name of the Defendant at the same time; and (c) reported to M the nameless person in China upon receiving the credit card payment terminal.
