A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,253,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. and a violation of the Management of Mountainous Districts Act at the Seoul Central District Court on April 12, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 26, 2012.

(In spite of the fact that the Defendant was unable to provide, purchase, administer, etc. psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as 'clopon'; hereinafter referred to as 'copon'), the Defendant handled the following copon, notwithstanding the fact that he was not a narcotics handler.

1. Crimes of providing phiphones;

A. At around 16:00 on June 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a single-use injection device with approximately 0.1g of oponon from F for the purpose of medication; (b) provided a single-use injection device with approximately 0.7g of oponon from F for the Defendant to be administered; and (c) around 18:30 on June 23, 2013, at the trade furgs located in Seo-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, U.S., one-use injection device containing approximately 0.6g of the remaining opononon to H free of charge.

B. On August 18, 2013, around 21:30, the Defendant provided H’s Kpoter who stopped in front of the J Hospital located in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, J., with one-time injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon in aquatic water, to H free of charge.

2. Crimes of purchasing phiphones;

A. The Defendant, around 20:00 on February 5, 2013, at around 20:20, 1.2 million won upon the Defendant’s request to request M to use a penphone from the mutual influence in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan L, and the same year.

2. 9.23:30 Around 23:30, the philophones purchased 1.4g philophones, which were divided into two strings from M to two strings.

B. On June 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:45, on the street in front of the “E” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si N; (b) KRW 500,000,000 upon the Defendant’s request to seek writingphones; and (c) on June 9, 2013, around 22:55, the above “E” is adjacent back frame.
