A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

4,712,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on November 26, 201 and completed the execution of the said punishment on November 27, 201.
