1. The party concerned may raise an objection against the decision substituting for conciliation within two weeks from the date of receiving a service of the authentic copy of the protocol. When there exists no objection within the above period, the decision substituting for conciliation has the same effect as a judicial compromise (Article 34 of the Judicial Conciliation of Civil Disputes Act), and a judicial compromise has the same effect as a final and conclusive judgment.
