The Defendant is a person whose driver’s license is suspended.

On May 23, 2018, at around 15:00, the Defendant driven a B-use vehicle of construction machinery (specific mixtures truck) owned by the Defendant, from the front of the back-to-date road in the village to the front of 847 in the same city, to the road in the same city.
