Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate construction machinery shall obtain a construction machinery operator's license from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, but on April 9, 2018, the defendant operated the construction machinery D, without obtaining a construction machinery operator's license from around 20 meters to the Mat parking lot, on the front side of the Mat in Gyeonggi-gun B.
