A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 06:40 on August 17, 2012, while driving a BNS vehicle in the vicinity of the camping tower located in Sungnam-si, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s bus operation service for approximately three minutes, by blocking the bus from driving ahead of the given bus in front of the traffic signal, on the ground that the DV bus operated by the victim C (51) was obvious for the date on which the accident occurred in the future in the front of the Defendant’s vehicle.
