All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged against the Defendants is as follows.

Defendant

B is the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and the defendant A is the representative of the council of occupants' representatives, and the victim E is the representative of the council of occupants' representatives from around 2006 to around 2007 and is the representative of the above 325 unit of apartment.

1. On June 29, 2013, the Defendant’s sole criminal conduct of the above apartment on the 325 unit of apartment on the following grounds: (a) the fact was that the victim was in office as an auditor of the council of occupants’ representatives; (b) whether the victim was unlawfully used the above apartment credit card; and (c) whether the victim was aware of the illegal use of the above apartment credit card; and (d) the reason for dismissal of the victim: (a) the 7th council of occupants’ representatives, while performing the audit duties for 2 years, the 7th council of occupants’ representatives, the 7th council of occupants’ representatives, used the card in drinking and singing, etc. almost every day and used directly for the victim’s own use; and (b) the 325 dong 2303 unit of the above apartment, which was the victim’s house, put it into the above 325 dong 117 unit of the register of real estate register, thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by publicly pointing out false facts as to the use of the card and mortgage.

2. On July 1, 2013, Defendant B’s joint criminal administration office of the above apartment management, only confirmed the fact that the victim was present at several times in the revolving that the above apartment management office paid the meal cost to the officers of the council of occupants’ representatives. Whether the said apartment was used unfairly by the victim while working as the auditor of the council of occupants’ representatives, and whether the said apartment credit card was neglected with the knowledge of the unjust use of the said apartment credit card.
