Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2007 to December 31, 201, the Defendant is a person who has been in charge of managing apartment operating expenses for the occupants while serving as the president of the Yangsan-si apartment council of occupants' representatives.

On September 10, 2010, the Defendant embezzled 420,000 won from the apartment operating expenses to 7 executive officers as expenses for activities, even though there was no fact that the fact was held by convening a council of occupants' representatives, and the Defendant embezzled 60,000 won from the apartment operating expenses for each executive.
