A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from May 1, 2014, was frequently absent from work as a social service personnel in Seoul, due to frequent absence from work on January 8, 2016. On January 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged a prescription to use it as an explanatory material for the cause of absence from work without permission, such as being sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on North Korea District Court on June, 2016.

1. On May 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged a private document related to his/her prescription; and (b) exercised the aforementioned investigation document; (c) was in possession of a pre-determined prescription from the mutual influoral PC room located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu on May 5, 2016.

After the I member's prescription was reproduced into a colorer, the date and number of the prescription was modified to "05, 2015 - 0016 - 0016" and then forged a prescription under the name of J, which is a private document concerning fact certification, by printing out it.

On May 6, 2016, the Defendant submitted a forged prescription to a person in charge of social service personnel who is unable to know the name that he/she was aware of, as mentioned above, due to absence from office without permission, even if it was duly formed.

2. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a forgery of a private document related to his/her prescription and the uttering of the said investigation document; (b) around June 14, 2016, he/she was in possession of a pre-determined prescription in the mutual influorial room in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung

After the I member's prescription was reproduced into a colorer, the date and number of the prescription was modified to "06 - 0011, - 0011" and then forged a prescription under the name of J, which is a private document on proof of fact, by printing out it.

On June 15, 2016, the Defendant submitted the forged prescription to the manager of the social service personnel who is unable to know the name that he/she was aware of, as described above, as evidence of absence from office without permission, at Seoul Meart C located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.

3. On June 19, 2016, the Defendant who forged a private document with respect to his/her prescription and exercised a falsified investigation document shall be the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul around June 19, 2016.
