Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the birth of a nursing assistant, and Defendant B was the nurse of “F Hospital” and was working at the “G Hospital” on the same day, and Defendant B recommended Defendant A to purchase the “pentimera” which is a psychotropic drug (the name of the product “fooding” and “fooding” hereinafter) by using the sign language that Defendant B had a prescription for the issuance of the F Hospital’s H.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. A. On July 15, 2012, Defendant B, at the “F Hospital” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul. Defendant B deleted the part of “the Labor Industry (UPS), Matibs, Epis, and Epis,” under the name of the F Hospital’s doctor, or deleted the part of “the Epis, Epis, Epis, and Epis,” and marked “cing, Schlage, Epis, once administration, 3, and 30 days of administration,” and delivered it to Defendant A; Defendant A, at the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-gu Seoul High Court, around July 16, 2012, indicated “A” and “K’s resident registration number column” in the column of the date of issuance of the said prescription at the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-gu, Seoul High Court.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a prescription under the name of doctor H, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact, and forged a prescription under the name of the above H in the same manner as the written list of crimes (1) from around that time to January 21, 2014.
B. A around July 17, 2012, Defendant A purchased a psychotropic drug “fooding”, which is a psychotropic drug, from a pharmacist N in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and exercised the aforementioned forged prescription as if it were duly established.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to use one prescription form in the name of doctor H, a private document concerning a certificate of fact, and the attached list of crimes (2) from around that time to January 22, 2014.
