A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) posted an article on the Defendant’s house located in Cheongju-si E and 302 in Cheongju-si; (b) despite having no intent or ability to sell cosmetics even if he/she received money from another person; (c) made a false statement that he/she would sell cosmetics on a non-Internet website; (d) sent 505,000 won to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day; and (e) received 505,000 won under the name of the Defendant from the date of transfer from December 29, 2014 to December 29, 2014 in total from six times in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes (6 pages) and in the list of crimes (6 pages).

"2015 Highest 635" on March 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) puts up the Defendant’s house located in Cheongju-si E E 302 at a considerable amount of Cheongju-si on March 4, 2015; (b) notwithstanding the absence of intent or ability to sell cosmetics, despite having received money from another person, the Defendant received KRW 237,000 from the Defendant’s mother of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative (K) account in the name of J, and received KRW 537,00 in total as the price of the goods from four victims over four times in total by the above method from April 15, 2015.
