Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status C of the parties is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “debtor Co., Ltd.”), and the Defendant was appointed as an internal director on August 19, 2013 in the corporate register of the debtor company.
B. On March 5, 2014, the Plaintiff concluded each loan for consumption with the maturity of KRW 2,00,000,000 to C as of April 15, 2014 and the interest rate of KRW 17% per annum, and the debtor company jointly and severally guaranteed this.
On August 1, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 1,350,000,00 to C at the maturity of February 28, 2015 and at the rate of 14% per annum. On September 30, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 735,00,000 to the debtor company.
