Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who sells agricultural materials, installs plastic houses, etc. under the trade name of “K,” registered as a business operator in the name of the Defendant’s wifeJ from Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do.

In order to raise profits from the sale of agricultural materials, the Defendant issued data necessary for applying for subsidies to farmers selected as those eligible for subsidies for subsidized projects implemented by the Hongcheon-gun of Gangwon-do and the Incheon-gun, such as a false statement of transactions in softening the prices of materials, and returned limited amounts equivalent to 13% of the difference between the subsidies and self-charges provided to farmers and the prices of the materials softened to farmers, thereby having them return to farmers the remaining money equivalent to 13% of the difference between the subsidies and self-charges provided to them and the prices of the materials softened, and let farmers not bear the same amount
