Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

2,335,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act (flavoking) - The Defendant heard the word “C from the first patroler phone on February 2018, 2018, which was known to him/her due to the reduction of the rent, to seek a penphone (referring to a penphone, a local mental medicine; hereinafter “philophone”) from C, which was known to him/her due to the reduction of the rent, and sought from D who became aware of the fact that he/she became aware of the fact due to the reduction of the rent, and thereafter, called “A child,” and called D to seek a phiphone.

The phrase “D” received the D’s acceptance, and thereafter, C again informed C of the contact point by telephone.

Accordingly, C purchased D from D around February 11, 2018, around 15:00, from D to KRW 5g 1.3 million, in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E on the street.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and D.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. - Trading, and giving and receiving;

A. On February 9, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on February 9, 2018, within the Defendant’s passenger car parked in front of Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon around 17:00, the Defendant got approximately 0.05 g of philops contained in the instant D at only one-time injection machine from around 0.05g.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

B. On February 14, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, at the same place as before around 20:50 on February 14, 2018, and received approximately 0.05 g of philopon contained in the day-to-day in the day-to-day in which the Defendant met the said D, and thereafter received approximately 0.05 g of philopon.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant was committing the crime at around 20:50 on February 20, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 20:50, and the Defendant was found to have 70,000 won in cash to her, and approximately 0.05g philophones contained in the one-time injection machine from her to her.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

3. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. - The occupation of medication;

A. On February 9, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on February 23, 2018:00, in the Defendant’s container office located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, approximately 0.05g of philphones contained in the single-use injection equipment, such as paragraph 2(a).
