1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

On February 13, 2019, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on February 13, 2019, and the sentence became final and conclusive on February 21, 2019.

[2019 Highest 2320 (Defendants) around 01:00 on February 2, 2019, the Defendants opened a door in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Down-dong, Seoul, where Defendant A was parked between Defendant B and Defendant B’s network, and opened a door in which Defendant E’s FF white strawing and three cargo strings were not fastened, and opened into the vehicle with a total sum of KRW 1,000,000 and a black strawing card in the market value of KRW 1,50,000.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

1. On August 23, 2018, from around 01:00 to around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant and G, as the Defendant and G, discovered the cargo vehicle in the International Joint Market parking lot located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung, opened a driver’s seat in his possession, and the Defendant, entering the vehicle, stolen the property by jointly taking up one million won and one million won of the market value owned by the victim.

At around 02:00 on February 11, 2019, the Defendant opened the back of the driver’s seat not locking the Npoter freight cars owned by the victim M in the first floor underground parking lot of the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu L apartment, Incheon, and stolen the Defendant’s total of KRW 10,000,000, which is located on the front of the vehicle, within the 10,000 won of the market price installed on the vehicle, by opening the back of the Npoter freight cars owned by the victim M.

B. On February 11, 2019, around 02:05, the Defendant: (a) opened the first floor parking lot for the apartment of the Nam-gu Incheon metropolitan apartment, Nam-gu, Incheon, with the driver’s seat of the Ppoter cargo vehicle owned by the victimO; (b) did not discover stolen objects; (c) but did not commit an attempted act.
