A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 4454]
1. Larceny;
A. On November 20, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of November 20, 2018: (a) around 12:00 on November 20, 2018, carried out the repair work of the Aircomers in the C substation located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) discovered one Samsung Ggal gal gal stal stals in an amount equivalent to KRW 850,00,000 at the market price of the victim D owned on his/her book; and (c) stolen the victim’s land by using the cresh.

At around 04:41 on June 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered that there is a spacker inside the J Poter Cargo in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) discovered that there is a spacker in the inside of the cargo vehicle owned by the victim I; and (c) destroyed the unspacker in the market price by inserting the spacker in the spack of the above cargo moter’s senior windows and spacking them; (d) opened a spacker and opened the spacker into the said cargo vehicle and then stolen the said cargo 2.84,00 won with money and valuables in total at the market price of 2.84 million won, such as the description of the damaged goods.
[2019 Highest 5079] On April 30, 2019, at the first floor parking lot in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around 04:55, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the Defendant was a tool and damaged the driver’s seat window using the Raber, which was loaded on the said cargo vehicle; and (b) destroyed and damaged the driver’s seat window, and (c) opened a door and opened a door in the construction section, cut off the tools worth KRW 700,000,000 in total, such as one ball, one electric tool, one pump, one brin, one brin, and one boom box.
