A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Chuncheon District Court on June 10, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jung-gu prison on August 18, 2014.
[Criminal facts] No person shall smoke marijuana, and no person may possess it by a person other than the handler of narcotics.
1. Smoking marijuana;
A. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Pyeongtaek-gun D, smoked marijuana over two occasions by inserting it into a pipe of tobacco, the size of which exceeds half of the fingers of which is made by scambling in a scam, and attaching a fire to smoke.
B. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting it into the pipe of tobacco, the size of which exceeds the half of the fingers of which was made by scambling the scam, at the places indicated in the above paragraph A, and attaching a fire to smoke.

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that smokes are cut to the pipe of marijuana tobacco remaining after smoking as described in the above paragraph (a) at the place described in the above paragraph (a) at the same time.
2. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on March 9, 2016, at around 15:40, carried marijuana in a manner that, as described in paragraph 1 at the Defendant’s home located in Pyeongtaek-gun C, smoked as indicated in paragraph 1, and carried the remaining “0.8gs of marijuana 0.8g in newspapers” and “0.8gs of marijuana 0.8g in the A4 paper” in the Defendant’s home.
