The part of the case of the defendant is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The sentence of the lower court (7 years of imprisonment, 80 hours of order to complete a program) against the Defendant and the person who requested an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) is too unreasonable.

B. The Prosecutor’s sentence is so unfased that it is unfair, and the Defendant is deemed to dismiss the Defendant’s request for attachment order even though it is necessary to attach an electronic tracking device due to high risk of repeating sexual crimes.

2. The judgment on the Defendant’s instant case (unfair assertion of sentencing) is that the Defendant committed the instant crime even if he was subject to a disposition of the suspension of indictment on September 2015 due to the crime that intrudes upon the victim’s house at night on the ground that the Defendant does not take part in the victim’s house, and rape the victim, and the victim suffered injury in the course of the instant crime, and the nature of the crime is not considerably good. The victim appears to have suffered considerable mental and physical shocks, such as brupting the Defendant’s life at a large fear to the point that he would feel brut from the Defendant at the time of the instant crime. The Defendant again committed the instant crime even if he was subject to a disposition of the suspension of indictment around September 2015 due to the crime that intruded the victim’s house, and the Defendant committed the same crime that was committed against the multiple employees and that the Defendant was subject to criminal punishment on two occasions, such as robbery, theft, and joint injury, etc.

However, the defendant has reached a unanimous agreement with the victim for the first time, and the victim submitted a written application to the defendant to the effect that he/she would leave the objection on June 2016, and that he/she would tell the defendant's wife, the defendant is able to repent his/her mistake in depth while making a confession of all the crimes of this case, the defendant and the victim did not object to many unspecified persons for about four years, and the defendant was from his/her father.
