The defendant is a reporter of the D Newspaper published by C Co., Ltd., and the victims are members of the E City Council.

1. The Defendant, on December 12, 2012, posted the article “H” as the title “G” with respect to the victim F in D newspapers at a place where it is impossible to identify the light place on December 12, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts through newspapers with the aim of slandering the victim.

2. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant committed a crime on December 20, 2012, at a place where it is impossible to identify the around December 20, 2012, with respect to the victim F and the victim I in D newspapers, there was no fact that the victims mobilized persons with disabilities and conducted a demonstration. Despite the absence of a rear force against the victims, the victims are planned to be summoned to the police and investigated by the “J” under the title “J”.

The article "A suspicion of spreading false facts by using persons with disabilities" was published.

Ultimately, for the purpose of slandering the victims, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victims by openly pointing out false facts through a newspaper.
