Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant through publication’s defamation is on the street of the entrance of the D Company C located in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul around November 7, 2015, and the facts are as follows: (a) the victim E did not have the personnel cost of KRW 80 million to be paid to the Defendant; and (b) the complainant did not have the charge of forging a private document, with the intention of slandering the victim, “I file a complaint with the victim with the change of fraud.”
