A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A - From around 00:50 on October 15, 2013 to around 01:50, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s duties by force for a period of about one hour, including: (a) while drinking together with B and C within the “F” main point operated by the victim E (n.e., in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) while drinking together with B and C; (c) without any special reason, under the influence of alcohol, taking a bath for the victim E; and (d) holding the consignee and chair over the floor and take out the customers.

2. The Defendants’ crime of conspiracy - obstruction of performance of official duties, and Defendant A’s injury on October 15, 2013, at around 01:50, sent to the site after receiving the report of the instant case under paragraph (1) of the said Article, the G District Assistant H (the age of 41) demanded the Defendant to return home to the site and prevented the Defendant from interfering with his/her duties, thereby committing a crime of obstruction of performance of duties, 3-4 pushed down the chest part of the slope H’s chest with two hand, and 2-3 pushed down the knick hand.

Accordingly, the above slope H and policeman I (year 32) attempted to arrest a flagrant offender on charges of obstruction of duties and obstruction of performance of official duties of Defendant A, Defendant B was able to write down the above slope H with his left hand once after having pushed off the above slope H on one occasion with his left hand, thereby cutting off the right shoulder of the police gun on the ground of the left hand, cutting down his arms and shoulder on the floor, cutting down his arms and shoulder. Defendant C 1 takes her head debt of slope H on his her side, and she takes a bath up “this person’s fat, fake,” and she prevents both of I from cutting down his arms and shoulder.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers, and at the same time, committed an injury to the victim I, such as catum catum, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim H, such as catum salt, tension, etc.
