Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In relation to the election of the 19th National Assembly member carried out on April 11, 2012, the Defendant was a person who carried out an election campaign for C by actively promoting C through social network services (SNS), such as managing youth volunteer service and conducting works related to election campaign in the election office of a candidate for the 19th National Assembly member in the 19th National Assembly member election district, attending a daily meeting along with the election campaign manager D, etc., and reporting on his election campaign-related activities.

The 18 members including C/Gun Speaker E, Gun Do Council members affiliated with F Party, and Do Council members of the Do Council of Jeollabuk-do, which was implemented on March 12, 2012, are expected to get the F Party's success by winning C as a result of the intraparty competition conducted on March 12, 2012, the agreement was reached between C's competition candidates within F Party, the Do Council members and C who supported preliminary candidates, and the Do Council members and C were in the form of an ordinary conference and a unification agreement around March 16, 2012.

At the same time, 21 members including Defendant, C, and C, H, E, and 18 city members were present.

Although anyone is unable to make contributions to a candidate (or a person wishing to become a candidate) in connection with an election or for the political party to which he belongs, at the above time and place, the defendant paid 180,000 won for 20,000 won for the 19th National Assembly member election provided for C (including a person wishing to become a candidate) with knowledge to the effect that the above gathering was "convening..... the candidate for the F party has been determined" for E, etc., such as speaking, and therefore, he paid 180,000 won for the 19th National Assembly member election.

Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution act for a person who wishes to be a candidate in relation to the 19th election of National Assembly members.
