A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (the age of 58) are between the friendships in the same Dong and the victim D (the age of 55) is the couple with the above C.

1. Crimes against victims D;

A. On March 15, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) around 09:30 on the following day: (b) around 09:30, in the Yansan-si E, the Defendant was in charge of cultivating the Defendant’s farmland from F for one year to the injured couple due to cancer treatment; (c) the injured couple came to know that the victimized couple decided to lease the above issues from F without any change from the Defendant; (d) the injured couple saw the victim’s bath, and embling the victim’s shoulder by assaulting the Victim’s shoulder part that was coming up on the floor more than twice, and continuing to take two weeks of treatment, such as taking two weeks of the damaged part that was broken down on the floor.

B. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place, as mentioned above, that the Defendant took actions to see the victim’s face by inserting any dangerous articles, which were at the same place, and thereby, said that “the victim’s face is discarded.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

In the time, place, etc. mentioned in paragraph (1), the Defendant injured the victim C, and reported that the victim assaults the victim as above, she saw the victim’s bath, franchising the victim’s breath, booming the breath, cutting the victim over the floor, cutting down the victim’s breast part of the victim’s chest booming over the floor, etc., and continued to inflict an injury on the victim, such as the victim’s dynasium and tension that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
