A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. On May 23, 2016, around 19:30 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant was prevented from committing the Defendant’s act against D, the mother of the Defendant, on the ground that his father took a sexual speech, such as “I want to take the chest,” from another father, at the Defendant’s home located in Heung-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun.

Defendant 1 was the victim E (31) who was a female son when the head of the above D was taken on the ground that the above D was a tree of himself, not the above d', and the victim E (31) who was the female son was flicker, and was flicking the victim's flick, and was flicking the victim's face, flicker's face, flicker's shoulder, and flick, etc., with the victim's flick, and continued to flick the victim's face, flick, and flick.

B. Around 15:00 on May 24, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s 112 report handling of the case and the lawful execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offender, etc. by assaulting the police officer by assaulting him/her, such as walking a part of the face of the above slope G one time, and walking a part of the above slope H’s face of the above slope, by assaulting him/her on the part of him/her, and obstructing the police officer’s 112 report handling of the case and the arrest of flagrant offender.
