Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Wood Prison on December 10, 2015. On September 8, 2016, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on December 14, 2016.

1. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 10:30 on April 13, 2017; (b) opened a door door that was not corrected after going beyond the wall’s house at the victim D’s house located in Gun; and (c) removed cash KRW 210,000 from the victim’s wall located in the inside.

B. On April 17, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant entered a G Schlage operated by the Victim F, the victim F, who was in the Southern Gun E, with the front warehouse, with the windowpane and the small door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door to the market price of 200,000 won in the cremation unit, three head of Tong in the television funeral box, and 265,000 won in cash inside a small credit cooperative.

2. Larceny;

A. On April 12, 2017, the Defendant taken up one set of 550,000 won in cash located in other victim’s creshes, and 100,000 won in cash located in a wallet, and 3,400,000 won in cash located in a wallet around 06:30 on April 12, 2017, and 706 at Hadondon J. Dondo.

B. The Defendant, at around 12:00 on April 17, 2017, input the 500,000 won in cash by inserting the passbook in the name of F’s son’s Ma, as described in the above 1-B, from the victim Nohcheon-do, Nando, Nando, Nando, Nando, Nando, to the cash withdrawal machine, and input the passwords stated on the back of the passbook.
