A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual operator of E (State) in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and the F is a person who conducts a business management consulting, vicarious performance of various applications for national subsidies, etc. under the trade name of “H” in 602 of the Busan-dong G Building 602, and I and J are employed by F and assist in H’s business.

The Defendant, along with the above F, I, J, etc., abused the fact that the public official in charge of the payment of subsidies for extension of employment of the aged is able to abolish the retirement age and verify the extension of the retirement age on the sole basis of the documents submitted by submitting the documents, such as the rules of employment, as evidence documents submitted, and received the above subsidies by falsely preparing and submitting the rules of employment as if he extended the retirement age or abolished the retirement age, and then, was willing to pay a certain

Accordingly, the above F made the Rules of Employment of E (State) at the above E (State office on October 2013; the fact that E (State) had not extended the retirement age from 5 to 60 on July 1, 2009; even though the retirement age did not have been set, the Rules of Employment of E (State) at the age of 60 on July 1, 2009, which set the retirement age at 60; the Defendant had the above Rules of Employment affix a seal to the representative of the above company and the chairman of Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment; the above J applied for the above subsidies to the employee of the Ulsan Employment Center on the same day, and submitted the Rules of Employment of E (State) at the above age of 60 on July 1, 2009 and the retirement age of E (State) at the age of 55 on July 25, 209 by deceiving the employees of E (State) at the above Rules of Employment.
