1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion (hereinafter “instant contract”) around July 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant’s household store D (B) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to purchase a total of KRW 15,789,264 (hereinafter “instant household”) for the 35,789,264, and paid KRW 20,000,000 as the down payment on July 20, 2017, and KRW 19,688,756, the remainder on December 22, 2017, to the Defendant.
② On November 10, 2017, when the Defendant’s installation engineer was delivered with 1/4 beds, etc. listed in the [Attachment List], the Defendant’s installation engineer sent a large number of screeners to the bed compared with the bed, and the wall was flicked in excess of the electric stand in the Plaintiff’s house during the installation. Since the difference between the color and quality of the bed, the Plaintiff would pay additional KRW 200,000,000 to the Plaintiff and the change of bed with the bed, it did not replace the bed with the bed bamboo, such as the being flick, which was re-issued.

⑤ The purpose of the instant contract is to achieve the purpose of the instant contract, which accounts for approximately KRW 25 million of the purchase price in the beds and living rooms with apparent defects, which accounts for at least 70% of the price of the instant household.
