1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) who is equivalent to the following amount ordered to pay the principal lawsuit.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a person who manufactures and sells household materials under the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is a person who engages in the business of installing furniture, such as a d’s trade name.
B. On December 2017, the Defendant entered into a contract with E University dormitories located in Jeju, to establish two 292 strabs in the supply price of KRW 450 million up to February 20, 2018, and requested the Plaintiff to make an estimate of the strab lower part of the strabs (if the strabs are added to the strabs), the strabs (if the strabs are added to the strabs), and the strabs (if the strabs are added to the strabs), and the strabs (if the strabs are added to the strabs), the strabs (if the strabs) in order to raise the supplementary materials necessary for the production of the strabsing frame, on January 2018.

In January 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract under which the unit price of the instant subsidiary material was determined as KRW 150,000 (a separate value-added tax) and the volume necessary for the production of 292 unit be supplied (hereinafter “instant supply contract”).
(d)
After the conclusion of the above contract, the Plaintiff: (a) separately procured the 584 Gohap from the Defendant; (b) deducted the Gohap from the supply price; and (c) decided to supply only 212 bits except the 80 bits; and (d) accordingly, on January 20, 2018, the Defendant purchased 584 Gohap from F Co., Ltd. to KRW 10,476,00 (including value added taxes, and transportation expenses).
E. Meanwhile, until March 2018, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with 292 bitp 292, 212 bits, and 292 bridges excluding the joint board, and received 20,000,000 won from the Defendant as the price for the subsidiary materials.

2. The parties' assertion
A. The unit price of the supplementary material of the Plaintiff is KRW 155,00 (No. 155,000).
