Punishment of the crime

No person other than a narcotics handler may possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for the trade of, or provide a psychotropic drug;

A. The Defendant, at around 20:00 on the same day as the entry in paragraph 1(a) and at around 20:00 on the Defendant’s house located in the JJ of the racing, put about 1 am (0.2g) on the gambling place, which is a local mental medicine purchased as above, and inhales the smoke generated by heating it with a stringer, one time;

(b) inhale approximately 0.2 g of Metropia, a local mental medicine purchased as above in around 23:00 on the same day as described in paragraph 1(a), in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph;

(c) inhale 1 set(0.2g) in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph at around 18:00 on the same day as described in subparagraph 1(b);

(d) around 20:00 on the same day as described in paragraph (1)(b) and around 20:0, one gram (0.2g) purchased as above was inhaled in the same manner at the same place.
