A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a person who handles narcotics as a foreigner of the nationality of the Thailand.

No person other than a narcotics handler shall possess, possess, use, transport, manage, import, export, prepare, administer, administer, administer, deliver, receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide a psychotropic drug.

A. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 120,00,000,000 to the Defendant of the first police officer on March 1, 2017, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (A); and (b) purchased “YY”, a local mental medicine medicine, from the foregoing “D; and (c) purchased “YY” in collusion with the foregoing “AS” at the seat of approximately 0.125 g and the above A; and (a) administered the “YYY” purchased as above; (d) opened the so-called “SYYY” on the first day, and opened the smoke arising from the heating of the Rater as soon as possible.

Around April 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 100,00 to the above “D”, and purchased approximately 0.125 g (including the Meptic ingredient) from the aforementioned “D,” which is a local mental medicine; and (b) purchased from the said “D,” in collusion with the said “D” on April 10, 2017.
