Punishment of the crime

Defendants are foreigners of the nationality of Thailand who are not narcotics handlers.

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, control, prepare, administer, or provide narcotics or psychotropic drugs.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 2015, the Defendant, who sold and supplied a psychotropic medicine, received KRW 3 million from E (F) at the parking lot of the building D in Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Nam-gun, Nam, the date of the end of November, 2015, and sold ice 6g, a local mental medicine.

From that time until March 16, 2016, the Defendant sold or provided ices to E, name in secret (one name: G), H (one name), name in secret (one name: J), name in secret (one name: K), name in secret (one name: K), name in secret (one name): L, M (one name: one name) in secret (one name) and B, etc.

B. A possession of a psychotropic medicine (1) around March 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) divided into 18 plastic paper 28.72g of a small plastic paper 28.72g, which is a local mental medicine purchased from a person in a name in a fluorous manner, and carried it in a way that the Defendant stored it in a wall and kept it in a lock.

(2) On March 17, 2016, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) divided 11.6g of “Aus” and 117 “Auss”, which are a local mental medicine purchased from a person without his/her name, into plastic bags; and (b) possessed them by means of storing them in the bridge of “P” SM7 car volume, operated by the Defendant.

2. Defendant B

A. (1) On January 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received and administered medicines of psychotropic spirit; (b) connected around 21:00, to the glass pipe for the inhalement of ice, which was possessed by the Defendant, at around 21:0, the name influor of Egypt nationality; and (c) linked the ice 0.1g of water, which is a local mental medicine; and (d) linked to the glass pipe, the end of the glass pipe at hand, and connected with the smoke arising therefrom.
