피고인은 2019. 9. 19. 01:34경 대전 서구 C아파트 D호에 있는 자신의 주거지에서, 피해자와 사생활 문제로 전화통화 등을 하면서 다투던 중 화가 나 피해자에게 “진짜 죽이고싶다”, “너내가 평생 잊지못할 지옥윽 생일로만들어줄게”, “날 추워젓으니 징역 갈만하다 난분명 말햇어”, “조심해라 오늘이다”, “내가 어떻게 하는지봐바”라는 카카오톡 메시지를 전송하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
