A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Of June 12, 201, from around 11:00 to around 12:00 on June 12, 201, the Defendant: (a) took a crepane by carrying the crepancies of the F, operated by the victim E located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, in the open space of the materials located in Chungcheongnam-gun, one iron plate equivalent to KRW 210,000, the market price of the other victim owned by the other victim; and (b) from around 1:00 on June 19, 201 to around 12:00, the crepane was loaded into the Gpoter at the market price of approximately KRW 924,00,00, the market price of the other victim owned by the victim; and (c) from around 10:10 on August 20, 201, the crepane was filled into the Gpoter at around 12:10 on August 14, 2011.

1. Embezzlement;
A. A. Around July 2011, the Defendant, following the sale of a horse, lent the horse to use the horse from the victim’s house at the victim I located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and kept the horse for the victim. On October 201, the Defendant arbitrarily sold the said agricultural machine at KRW 200,000,000 in cash, and embezzled the said horse for the purpose of living expenses.
B. Around September 2011, the Defendant, as a result of the sale of a ship, lent the ship from the victim by stating that “the victim would lend the ship M. 0.75 tons of the ship owned by the victim at any time.” On the part of the victim’s home, the Defendant embezzled the ship under the pretext of payment for the debt of KRW 3 million incurred by the existing Defendant from N to N from the Dag-ri Section 2 of Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do. on January 2012.
2. The Defendant is at least KRW 1.4 million in the market value of steel-end trees owned by the victim at the victim I at the seaside of the YY-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on July 2010 and KRW 1.4 million in the market value of steel-end trees owned by the victim.
