A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 18, 2015, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the accommodation of 104-ro 235 employees of Daeung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun, Inc., a document; (b) and (c) took a wall corresponding to the total market price of KRW 1,200,00, which is the victim’s ownership, installed in each room; (d) 8 air-conditions; (e) 8 air-conditions; (e) string-type 1 air-conditions; and (e) 9 air-conditions installed outside the accommodation; and (e) laid the pipe in the vicinity by preparing in advance, and then cut off the pipe in the vicinity.

2. Around the day specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by using an influence method for the purpose of theft of property in the lodging building of the staff members specified in paragraph (1) managed by Daeung Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”) and entering the said lodging room into the said room, and entering the said room.

3. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on July 1, 2015, the victim E residing in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) took place a hack pipe that was prepared in advance on the window at the workplace following the above height; (c) opened a window at the workplace; and (d) moved approximately KRW 110 km out of the window of the market value of the victim’s ownership in the above workplace; and (d) moved approximately 700,000 g of the hack line, the sum of the market value of which is KRW 700,000, which is the victim’s own.

Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.
