[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and four months.

The right of only one won seized from A shall be two combined.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 12, 2014, Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) received an order from Defendant A to transport 26 tons of the electric code of electricity, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 195,390,000, which was owned by the victim LS Mesle Co., Ltd.; (b) from the new logistics center located in the new port located in the new port of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (c) conspired Defendant A and B to commit theft of the electric code of electricity, using the order that the electric code of electricity would be loaded in the first cargo vehicle.

Defendant

A, around 14:00 on August 12, 2014, at the Busan New Port Logistics Center, loaded 26 tons of the electricity plate on the said cargo onto the said cargo vehicle, and around 21:00 on the same day, A arrived at the Geum River-gu river parking lot located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, a place promised with Defendant B, at around 21:00 on the same day, and parked the cargo vehicle in front of the Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 22:50 on the same day.

around 08:20 on August 13, 2014, the Defendants covered the electric manual, and Defendant B operated the above cargo vehicle to Ulsan-gun K, Ulsan-gun, which decided to dispose of the electric manual, and Defendant A filed a false theft report that the above cargo vehicle was stolen in the vicinity of the Chang-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, and the Eup/Myeon office near the Chang-gu Office of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.

2. Defendant C is a person operating a secondhand shop with the trade name “L” in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

At around 05:10 on August 13, 2014, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the market price of the Plaintiff LSM owned by A and B was about KRW 26 billion, the Defendant purchased the stolen goods from B and acquired them in the amount of KRW 126 million.

3. Defendant D, through M around 05:50 on August 13, 2014, with knowledge of the fact that the above electrical manual was the stolen goods upon request of C, the Defendant had N purchase the electrical manual at around 18:00 on the same day and had N purchase the stolen goods at KRW 170,000.
