Punishment of the crime

The defendant and B are the family members of the company.

1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동폭행) 피고인과 B은 2012. 11. 14. 23:50경 군산시 C에 있는 ‘D식당’ 앞 노상에서 피해자 E(53세) 운영의 ‘F’ 식당 간판을 발로 걷어찼다.
